When we want use 3rd party tool like Grafana , Node Red, Wordpress and many others we need data from different database. Need a mechanism for transferring data from trend files to the database like MSSQL. MongoDB, MariaDB, MySQL but without write many scripts in cicode.

Please use the AVEVA Historian or AVEVA PI product. AVEVA provides purpose built tools for this need based off a True Time Series Historian functionality that provide superior reporting options and accuracy. Plant SCADA to AVEVA Historian and AVEVA PI Connectors are available that provide Store/Forward data protection.
I agree and the customer does not want to pay extra for a historian solution, but wants to be able to write to a database in parallel with storing trend files.
